Inspection and Testing
Periodic inspection reports often referred to as landlord’s certificates or COCs should be carried out every 5 years and in certain circumstances annually. We offer this service that will identify any defective or dangerous wiring or outlets.
When the test is completed, our client will receive a comprehensive report listing any defects. Our electrician will be happy to explain any details.
We can then supply a fixed price for any defective work.
We use the latest up to date testing equipment and test and tag factories, houses, and rentals to Australian Standards AS 3000.
